1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using the pkla platform in any way (including the website, applications, and related services), you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form a legal agreement between pkla ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account on the pkla platform and use any games or services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must manage the account on your own behalf and entirely of your own free will.
• You may only have one account in your name.
• The use of online entertainment services must not be legally prohibited for you in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To open an account with pkla, you must provide accurate personal information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

pkla reserves the right to verify your identity before withdrawals or significant transactions. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required information may delay or suspend transactions.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify pkla support immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at pkla is ৳100. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods at pkla:

• bKash — Mobile Financial Service
• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits made using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Deposited funds must come only from payment methods owned by the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount at pkla is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pkla does not charge any transaction fees itself; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply, which are entirely your responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pkla offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is subject to pkla's own terms and conditions.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless pkla explicitly permits it.
• pkla reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• If there is evidence of any bonus abuse, pkla reserves the right to investigate and suspend the account.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the pkla platform follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is audited and verified.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Colluding or coordinating play with other players
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity

If any of these rules are violated, pkla reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.

6.3 Technical Issues

pkla is not liable for any game round or wager interrupted due to a technical issue, internet disruption, or server error. However, pkla always endeavors to resolve such matters fairly.

7. VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

pkla's loyalty program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Through regular play, you can progressively advance to higher tiers. The specific benefits and conditions of each tier are published on the pkla platform, and pkla reserves the right to modify this structure at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming

pkla believes in responsible gaming. We want our platform to provide an enjoyable experience — not a cause of financial or emotional harm.

• Do not place bets beyond your means.
• Avoid placing large bets driven by emotion in an attempt to recover losses.
• Do not view gaming as a source of income — it is a form of entertainment.

• Suspected money laundering through the account
• Operating multiple accounts

10.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, ensure that all active wagering requirements have been met and any withdrawable balance has been withdrawn.

11. Limitation of Liability

pkla bears no liability for the following:

• Losses or missed games caused by internet connection disruptions
• Issues with the user's device or software
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers
• Misuse of the user's account credentials resulting from their own negligence
• Games interrupted due to technical errors
